Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us via email or phone before the project work has started.

Once the project has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to partial charges depending on the work completed.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Setupro are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The service has not been started, and

  • A refund is explicitly agreed upon in writing by Setupro.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed or partially completed projects

  • Delays caused by lack of client response or required information

  • Change of mind after project initiation

Advance Payments

Advance payments are required for most services and are used for project planning, resource allocation, and initial work.

Advance payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Project Delays

Setupro will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client’s failure to provide content, approvals, or feedback on time

  • Third-party tools, platforms, or hosting issues

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

Subscription or Ongoing Services (If Applicable)

For monthly or recurring services:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once the cycle has started.

Changes to This Policy

Setupro reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
